From a Yoga Retreat guest...

So hum. I am that sun breaking over the peak. I am that mist lingering in the valley. I am that spicy sweet smell of wild mountain sage. I am that eagle soaring effortlessly in the clear blue sky. I am that perfect grass seed dancing on the stem. I am that lowing of the cattle on the neighboring ranch. I am that energy of my fellow retreaters. I am that. So hum. ​
