I am passionate about helping people lead more balanced lives through holistic movement and wellness. I absolutely love teaching various styles of yoga, mindfulness meditation, Pilates to help with stability, barre fitness, dance, and kids movement classes. I bring years of experience from being a professional dancer, NFL cheerleader, retreat leader, and a credentialed elementary school dance teacher.
After my beautiful mom passed away from cancer, I wanted to be of service to others dealing with the stresses of daily life. I see how hard people work, how many obligations they have, and how many responsibilities they navigate. My purpose is to gently remind others that it's okay to take time out of their full lives to rest, relax, rejuvenate, indulge in slowing down, play, and allow their bodies to heal. You deserve it!
