About Natalie Shapiro

BIO | Natalie Marie Shapiro is a teacher and guide, combining her passions in embodiment and meditation, human development, spiritual exploration, ritual, and earth-based practices as tools for individual and collective transformation. For nearly a decade, Natalie has created immersive one-on-one and group offerings.  As a 200 E-RYT, Natalie applies yoga as a therapeutic practice for the mind, body and soul. She calls on asana, pranayama and meditation as platforms for students to access the depth of their own wisdom and essence. In addition to yoga, Natalie offers: somatic experiencing, feminine healing and wholing mapping, guided journeying, dream tending, and ritual and ceremony. She is an edge-pusher and healer at heart, and always seeks to offer an experience of deep and meaningful freedom. The combinations of Natalie’s education, immersive work, and developmental experiences continue to feed and inspire her place in the world.
