Yoga, Live Music and Ceremony Retreat with Aaron Ogden and Tony Khalife

In Santa Margarita, San Luis Obispo County, Central Coast California

Aaron Ogden and Tony Khalife bring to Sagrada a truly holistic, spiritual integration of yoga, music and ceremony. The weekend begins with the setting of intention and inviting clarity into the practice. As the weekend unfolds, you are guided to move joyfully and powerfully towards realizing these resolutions and expansions of your authentic self through yoga, meditation, and sacred ceremony. You will return home feeling clear, vibrant, centered and rejuvenated on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

It is with honor and gratitude to welcome you to this upcoming sacred retreat.  You are invited to find your seat at our table and become a member of the Sagrada (sacred) Family.  During the entirety of our journey together, you are held in a safe, energetic container that facilitates personal connection to deepening the transformative practices of Yoga, which is simply connection to the Whole of Life-- uniting body, mind, Spirit of Nature, delicious nourishing food, and community.

Our Sagrada Retreats are designed with years of combined intention to assist you in achieving authentic connection to the highest good for your current life-path.  Our retreat team facilitates this intention by holding a sacred container for the whole retreat.  You, as our guest, are invited to observe this container (for yourself and in respect for the group) by arriving on time, be present for the first Yoga session and opening circle, and remaining active to your unique process until the last Yoga session and closing circle.  Join Aaron and Tony as they weave a tapestry of yoga, music, rhythm and sound tapping into your innate ability to manifest your deepest dreams.

We invite you to join us on this amazing journey.
