Join Tannis for four nights at Sagrada Wellness for a variety of mind-body practices twice daily.

GYROKINESIS® – Is a rejuvenating, flowing fusion of Tai Chi, Kundalini Yoga, self massage and Modern Dance. The subtle energy work of GROKINESIS® coordinates yoga-breathing with spiraling, arching and curling motions that work the total person, mind, body and soul.

PILATES - This popular mind-body practice focuses on strengthening deep abdominal muscles and shoulder stabilizers, elongating muscles, and increasing the mind-body connection. Pilates strengthens and heals. Tannis brings fun and energy to her Pilates mat work. Accustomed to working with all fitness levels, she offers modifications and hands-on in instruction, making this 60 minute class appropriate for everyone, from novices to pros.

GENTLE YOGA – Yoga, the grandmother of all mind-body practices is truly movement as medicine. Join Tannis for a dance inspired flowing mixed-level series of therapeutic asana, practiced with rejuvenating pranayama.

These three form the foundation of the From the Core program, but expect fun surprises like STANDING COREWORK and PARTNER STRETCH to be added to the mix.

TANNIS KOBRINSKY of HEALTH HABITRAVELS
Canadian born Tannis Kobrinsky began ballet studies at 4. By her teens she was dancing and teaching ballet, jazz and movement professionally in California. She taught movement and fitness in Los Angeles for three decades, and holds Pilates, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® certifications. Her students range from chronic disease sufferers to dancers and athletes. Through Health Habitravels, she leads global mind-body-spirit retreats and adventures. Also a freelance writer she’s been published in “American Fitness Magazine”, “The Pulse”, “Yogitimes” and “Pilates Style” magazines. She brings an innate love of people and joy of reciprocal learning, where student and teacher awaken one another, to all her classes, workshops and Health Habitravels retreats and journeys.
