In this uproariously fun workshop, you will learn basic principles of comedy improvisation and how to use them to further your personal potential in everyday life. Participate or cheer on your spa mates in a safe and nurturing environment as you reawake the playful child within. Improv unleashes the best in us. When we’re having fun, we’re relaxed. When we're relaxed, we're listening and communicating, and that's when we’re able to overcome fears and insecurities in order to reach our full potential for compassion, wisdom, and a healthy creative flow.

Jacqueline has studied, written and performed with SECOND CITY's Ann Bowen and UPRIGHT CITIZEN'S BRIGADE. She performs with New York-based troupe, RASH BEHAVIOUR, whose sketches are featured in film festivals and television. Jacqueline also is also writer for TIME OUT NEW YORK and was featured in BODY AND SOUL MAGAZINE’S October 2007 issue. She has taught throughout the country at Fortune 500 companies and at distinguished health spas such as THE DEEPAK CHOPRA CENTER, RED MOUNTAIN, CAL-A-VIE and LAKE AUSTIN.
