Deepen your yoga practice and explore the magical sights of the colonial silver cities of central Mexico while rejuvenating your mind and body.

This seven day retreat is a wonderful combination of daily Hatha yoga with Veda, our acclaimed yoga teacher, and sightseeing the beautiful colonial cities of Mexico. Every morning enjoy yoga in Sagrada's open air pavilion with breathtaking views of the Rio Laja Valley and surrounded by our exotic botanical cactus gardens. Discover proper body alignment and learn to relax your mind.

Afternoons will consist of exploring the following colonial gems: San Miguel De Allende, Guanajuato, Dolores Hidalgo and Pozos. There is plenty of time for relaxation and spa treatments at Sagrada Wellness. Bob, your host during this retreat, is the group’s chauffer and escort through these unique destinations. Bob’s humor and friendly nature enlivens any adventure.

This retreat also includes the opportunity to dine at San Miguel’s famous and acclaimed restaurants and shopping at its many specialty boutiques, i.e. jewelry, pottery and indigenous art and Bob’s favorite: chocolatier.

San Miguel de Allende is one of the great destination cities of the Americas. It was named a UNESCO World Heritage city in 2008 and is consistently ranked in the Top 5 Cities of Mexico and Central and South America by Travel + Leisure. San Miguel de Allende provides an unparalleled quality of life, vibrant arts and cultural scene and wonderful climate.

Guanajuato is considered by many to be the most beautiful colonial city in Mexico. The whimsical trace of its streets, its peaceful squares and gardens and the beauty of its houses and buildings give Guanajuato city an evocative and romantic touch.

Mineral de Pozos, once known throughout colonial Mexico for its opulence and its thriving mining industry, has been a virtual ghost town for almost a century. It is experiencing a resurgence of interest on the part of visitors looking for a unique adventure.
