The Sagrada Kitchen is vegetarian, uses organic ingredients, and is mostly gluten-free. The menu changes with the seasons, so as to incorporate fresh foods that compliment the weather and time of year. Our cuisine is rustic, yet gourmet with a homemade touch. Our meals are prepared from scratch by hand as mealtime approaches, so you feel right at home as a delicious plate of food is set in front of you.

Highlights of breakfast include strong organic coffee and teas, fresh fruit, and an organic egg dish that leaves you full and nourished for the day ahead.

Lunch includes a beautiful charcuterie spread with delicious cheeses, bread, nuts, fruits, and homemade dips to enjoy. A light salad or rotating dish is served as well to give you energy without being heavy.

Ending your evening around the dinner table is always a highlight. Dinners are hearty and consist of grains, vegetables, and legumes seasoned to perfection to create memorable dishes like sweet potato and black bean tacos, veggie and chickpea yellow curry, greek antipasto salad, roasted squash buddha bowl, and many others. After dinner, relax with a glass of wine and dessert- decadent brownies, banana bread cake, and seasonal fruit cobbler are some favorites.

Sagrada cuisine has been a yogi's epicurean delight for almost two decades, and we promise meal times at Sagrada will be full of good food and good company.

Please note we are not able to accommodate severe food allergies, however, we do accommodate most common food intolerance requests.

All meals are included during Sagrada's yoga and wellness retreats.

We send off our guests inspired to cook great meals at home for themselves, their families and their friends. Soon we will have a cookbook full of all our beloved recipes available to purchase so you can have a go-to guide for healthy and nourishing meals for your wellness journey.
