Sagrada Wellness is excited to offer retreats in San Luis Obispo, Central Coast California. Our yoga retreats are led by certified yoga instructors who have a passion for teaching and facilitating individuals through a spiritual and satisfying yoga journey. Retreats are hosted by owners Scott and Eva. The sanctuary is a picturesque 45 acre mountain paradise in San Luis Obispo wine country. Guests stay in our charming cabins, rejuvenate pool or lakeside, hike over eight miles of private trails on the ranch and marvel in the abundant natural wildlife. Outdoor decks provide ideal places for lounging, reading, journaling or rejuvenating with a refreshing afternoon nap.
